Hey guys.

Your secretary here speaking. lols. Ok. This will be my last job as a secretary before i step down from my post, so better read this.
It is actually pass down from Farhan so must read.

About The Main Committee of BEC
The roles of the Main Committee (MC) of the Built Environment Club (other know us as BEC) is to overlook benefits, welfare and school matters of School of Built Environment. They will be the one taking care of the students of BE. They plan major events like Annual Dinner & Dance (ADD), Freshmen Orientation and Talentime. The money that the school collected from the students is given to BEC so that the MC can run events for the school.

The MC of BEC have lots of responsibility. Welfare of the school is in the hand of these MCs. The MCs will have to work hand-in-hand with the school department. Tough job. Yep. But a thrilling experience.

There will be altogether 15 post. Below are the posts:

Secretary& Asst Secretary
Treasurer & AsstTreasurer
Project Coordinator & Asst Project Coordinator
Human Resource & Asst Human Resource
Public Relation Coordinator & Asst Public Relation Coordinator

So now here is the newest event of the club: Interviewing for Main Comm Post

Interview for the main committee post will be on 23rd april for Year 2 and 29th - 30th April for Year 1. Timing is below.

Year 2
23rd April - 3.30 pm
25th April - 5.30 pm (if overwhelming response)

Year 1
29th April - 5.30 pm
30th April - 3.30 pm
2nd May - 5.30 pm (if overwhelming response)

Do come for the interview and be prepared for the drilling question. Be prepared for it.
As they always say: With great powers come great responsibility.
