Fresh Update!

Hey all! Both videos and all photos have been uploaded online successfully!
(Also means we are back from our KL trip safely, thanks to those who prayed for us, teehee)

A special ADD disc has been made and will be kept in the club house, it will contain the original photos taken with the original resolution video that was made. The video will definitely be better than the one on youtube resolution wise.

If you would like a copy, you can bring your laptop down and rip out the files onto your computer OR bring your own DVD disc and laptop and burn a copy OR purchase a copy from Skye at only $1.50! Yar, sales right. While stocks last.

For safety reasons, the disc will not be for loan outside the clubhouse, we don’t want to start lending everyone else and have the disc go missing, these things to cost money, and it’s not funded by the club or SAA.

For now, do enjoy the photos and videos. :)

Hi GUYS!

This is Skye, your whatever posting.

I've finished the ADD video and photos.

They are all being uploaded now, I'm in a total rush now, have to pack my stuffs and upload things, kindda sad I don't have 2 computers running at super speed or else they'll be up by now, yes, I didn't sleep a wink just to get this done, and since I promised most of you that the photos will be up by today, it's still uploading, really, I'm leaving my computer on so it uploads until like, tomorrow? Then my brother will switch it off or something. :)

I know I'm smart, hee hee.

I really enjoyed the ADD and I know all of you guys share my sentiments.

And before I end my post, I'll wish you guys all the best, and wish us all the best while we're holidaying in KL, that applies to most of us that you guys know, Evelyn, Ama, Regina, Keith(Mangkuk/Bowl) and Me.

ok guys..

your secretary here to post an entry. the first i did after i reach home was to post this blog. how sweet can i be?. lolx

anyway. ADD WAS A MAJOR SUCCESS. REALLY MAJOR. the lecturers were impressed that we first year could handle one of the biggest event in BE Club. some, like terence ho, managing sports for student, and lim cher yam, designate director for BE, were that impressed that they are going to ask us to hold the next ADD and also plan an event for the whole of SP. good impression from the GOH ay?.

yep. after much struggling and all, we create such a good impression that the seniors were definitely surprised.ok. some may say, majority of the OCs are from DEPM, like,duh, we should know their stuff. but then again, we never did learn how to get contacts for hotels and all. we were never taught on how to make a door gifts that is so personalize within 200 bucks. there were no notes to help us guide along. there are just things that we never know but learn through our journey from the beginning at the planning stage, to the execution, to the evaluation. we learn it through our own experience. together as a team. we had also proved to everyone, though young at age, we can really do beyond what they expect. WE DID IT GUYS AND GALS!!

there were time when i was unreasonable.well. won't give any excuses for that. i totally admit this. i deserve to be left alone planning this whole event by myself because of my behaviour. but you have actually endure it making me realise that working with all of you OCs is a good opportunity to me. thank you to all of you.

to:
shiffa - thanks to be there together planning. at time, when i was on the verge of giving up everything you were there cheering me up. telling me not to give up and all. and your ideas for the centrepieces and door gifts were incredible. be sure to thank k7 for helping us out. his help was really appreciated. you were awesome.

ama - having you around really help. above all the chaotic moment, you were just calm and all. gosh. how did you even pull that man?. here i was panicking like a hen who lost its chick and there you were relaxing like the event never happen. and you had actually did what you are suppose to do. actually more than what you were suppose to do. wow. thanks for everything. coordinating and all. making sure everything run smoothly together with shiffa. thanks. without you, i will be totally lost. might even die then and there. lol

regina - hey treasurer. hahax. okie budget management was done well. you even alias with eddie on the venue. without you doing so, i don't think we will have any venue. thanks for going up and down to the hotel. very tiring i know. really sorry. but without you, we won't have awesome service from the hotel. awesome food. thanks.

xavier and kathleen - you guys were awesome. the meeting minutes. the helps you given in doing the door gifts. without the two of your help, i think me and ama won't have time to finish doing it. thank you very much.

abu and gideon - the hard work you have put in in searching for the lucky draw prize were really much appreciated. i know at one time we were all so kan-chiong because the money weren't in yet despite sending in the cheque. hahax. but we pulled through aite?. the shopping for stuff and all. hahax. great fun.

weilin and evelyn - you gals did a great job. aliasing with the entertainment company, the performance. stressful job ah?. but you guys pull through it. job well done. ooh. i just love the emcee. hahax.

skye - the poster, tickets and banner design were done beautifully. without you, i doubt we will get such a great design. thanks for becoming the photographer of the day. be sure to upload here on the blog. oh. thanks your seniors for coming down to perform for us. they were awesome.

guys and gals. the laughter, the joys, the stress, the frustration and all the feelings you feel, had just bond us to be an even closer group. lets not break this bond cause what we have now is something special and nobody should ever break it. i hope we can work on another event together as a team. JOB WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU ADD OCs!! now we can make the foc another successful event. yep. we can do it.

farhan - our dear president. gosh. you really help us alot. getting people to come down and all. listening to all the problems the team faces. advising us on what we can do and all.and this is suppose to be your event. thank you for all your help. we greatly appreciate it. and we will of course miss ya.

jerelyn - thanks for being there to help us through the event and all. you sit in our meeting, listening to all our ideas, advising and all. frankly, without you and farhan help, it will be doomsday for the OCs since we have no clues on what we were supposed to do.

the MCs - to rong fa, doug and fathi, thank you for coming down for the event. you being there has actually, believe it or not, reduce the burden we had.thank you.

keith and lezlie - thanks for making the trip down to copthorne waterfront to support our event. you attendance had actually been a pleasure to all of us.

gabriel - the hairstyling session was great. hahax. thanks for helping us out also. going for shopping and all. getting the sash with evelyn.

k7 - despite not being in BE, you dedicate your time to help us. thank you. if you ever need our help, tell shiffa or me. we will try our best to help you. definitely.

thanks everyone again. i guess this is a long post and it will be tiring to read it. but wth. do upload all the photo we took before, during and after event. yea! ADD over!

last year have been a fruitful year .. some event went on smoothly some not ... but ever the rest we still been through it ... without u ppl .. we wont run it so smoothly .. haha ... once again thank you !!

this festive season ... hope everyone will have a great year ahead ... haha ...
leave the past behind and accept the brand-new year ahead ...
